Privacy Policy
The short version. We collect the answers you give us, your account/billing info, and basic usage data, to generate your business ideas and run the Service. We don't sell your data. We use third-party providers (AI model providers, Netlify for hosting, Stripe for billing) to run the Service, and your data passes through them for that purpose only.
1. Who this applies to
This Privacy Policy explains how TripleExit, a DBA of Westpalmgolf Inc ("we", "us"), handles information about visitors and users of tripleexit.com and the TripleExit app.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and password (or sign-in provider identifier) when you create an account.
- Your answers — the skills, work style, resources, and goals information you submit to generate business ideas, and the ideas generated for you.
- Billing information — handled directly by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment and plan status, not your full card number.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, collected automatically to operate and improve the Service.
3. How we use it
- To generate the business ideas, marketing plans and profit/cost estimates you request.
- To operate your account, process billing, and provide support.
- To maintain and improve the Service, including fixing bugs and understanding usage patterns.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, or material changes to our terms or policies.
We do not use the answers you submit to train third-party AI models beyond what is needed to generate your own results in that session, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
- AI model providers — your submitted answers are sent to third-party AI providers to generate your results.
- Netlify — our hosting provider, which serves the site and app.
- Stripe — our payment processor, which handles billing and card data directly; see Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for their independent marketing use.
5. Cookies and similar technology
We use cookies or similar local storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and remember your session. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism for visitors in regions (such as the EU/UK) where one is required before those cookies are set.
6. Data retention
We keep your account information and idea history for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain your data for up to 30 days to allow export, then delete it, except where we are required to keep records for a longer period (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@tripleexit.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Children's privacy
TripleExit is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify account owners by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
