Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TripleExit ("TripleExit", "we", "us") is a registered trade name (DBA) of Westpalmgolf Inc, a corporation registered in the State of Florida, USA, with its principal place of business at 8983 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. References to "we" in these Terms mean Westpalmgolf Inc doing business as TripleExit. You can reach us at support@tripleexit.com.

2. What the Service is

TripleExit asks you a short set of questions about your skills, work style, resources and goals, then generates candidate business ideas using AI, each with a name, category, a monthly profit projection, a startup-cost estimate, and a short rationale. These projections are illustrative estimates based on the information you provide and general assumptions — they are not guarantees of income, and TripleExit does not promise you will earn any particular amount, or anything at all, by acting on them. You are solely responsible for evaluating any idea before you invest money, time, or take on risk based on it.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• The information you enter (skills, resources, goals) is used only to generate your results; see our Privacy Policy for how it's handled.

4. Plans, billing and refunds

• Plans. TripleExit offers a free tier with a limited number of idea generations, and one or more paid plans with expanded or unlimited generations and saved history, as shown on the pricing page and at checkout at the time you subscribe.
• Billing. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval and at the price shown to you at checkout. Plan changes take effect at your next billing date; we do not prorate mid-cycle unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@tripleexit.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds. See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund right you have by law.
• Price changes. We may change prices on 30 days' notice by email to the address on your account. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
• Taxes. Prices exclude applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout where required.

5. No financial, legal, tax or investment advice

TripleExit is an idea-generation tool, not a financial advisor, accountant, lawyer, or business consultant. Nothing the Service generates is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and profit or cost figures are estimates only, not projections you can rely on for a business plan, loan application, or investor pitch without independent verification. Before acting on any idea, you should do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

6. Your data

• You own the answers you submit and the ideas generated for you.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit your data solely to provide the Service, including sending it to the AI model providers and infrastructure vendors listed in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell your data.

7. What you may not do

• Use the Service to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Present TripleExit's generated projections to a third party (a customer, investor, or lender) as verified fact or as TripleExit's guarantee.
• Probe, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or resell access to it outside the terms of your plan.

8. Intellectual property

TripleExit, its branding, and the underlying software are ours. You may not copy them or use our name and logo without permission. The specific business idea and plan generated for your answers is yours to use.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party AI model providers, hosting (Netlify), and payment processing (Stripe). Their availability, rules and failures may affect the Service, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

10. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@tripleexit.com.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated output, including profit and cost estimates, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and you are responsible for evaluating it before you rely on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from a business decision made using our output. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your data, your use of the Service, or a business decision or action you took based on Service output, in each case in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practical. After termination you can export your saved idea history for 30 days; we may delete your data 30 days after termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
